Meet Beatrice Alexander,

My therapy practice is called Safe Space, because I believe this is what you are looking for.

A space that feels safe for you to feel accepted as you are, to feel truly seen and heard so that you can open up, be held in your vulnerability and share what needs to be healed.

I believe growth, transformation and healing can only take place when you are in a space that feels safe.

We are living in interesting times right now. Times in which we are faced with external challenges and internal ones. I believe that you want to stand up tall in this world, feeling safe inside, empowered, and connected with your purpose.

In my nearly 20 years of working as a psychotherapist, I have met people from all walks of life. Everyone has a story and holding space for people’s stories has always been fulfilling for me. I believe therapy is like art, and I use an integrative approach, which means I have a toolbox of many tools, techniques and modalities and find the right ones to support your healing and transformation. I see you as unique, as already whole, and I am here to support you to be the best and truest version of yourself.

My mind is relentlessly curious, and I am continuously learning and adding more tools about the most current, cutting-edge approaches of therapy and healing.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and approaches that rewire your brain and nervous system.

I am a Certified Havening Practitioner, which is a modality that uses different techniques and protocols to create deeper changes on a subconscious level, clearing out old patterns and unprocessed emotions. 

My curious mind has taken me around the world and I have visited and lived in many places such as Bali, Germany, Singapore, England, France, Greece, Scotland – making deep connections with others and myself along the journey of exploring the external world and my own internal world. 

Amongst helping you with exploring root causes of anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem & confidence, I also specialize in trauma healing.
