My practice is primarily an online practice. This means I have an office in my Zoom room and this is where I welcome you. 

10 years ago, I began to see clients online (long before Covid). Then, it was via Skype, and also the telephone. I quickly noticed how powerful session can be online where my clients were in their own private and familiar environment. I noticed that my ability to tune in to the person in front of me was happening just the same as when I was in-office with my clients. Our nervous systems communicate. 

I am a big fan and believer of the freedom of online therapy and am happy to see that the recent situation around the world has opened up new awareness, access and possibilities.

I believe therapy is like Art

In my nearly 20 years of working as a psychotherapist, I have met people from all walks of life. Everyone has a story and holding space for people’s stories has always been fulfilling for me.

I believe therapy is like art, and I use an integrative approach, which means I have a toolbox of many tools, techniques and modalities and find the right ones to support your healing and transformation.

My mind is relentlessly curious, and I am continuously learning about the most current, cutting-edge approaches of therapy and healing, and adding more tools to the different modalities I use to support the therapeutic process of your growth.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and approaches that rewire your brain and nervous system.

I am a Certified Havening Practitioner, which is a modality that uses different techniques and protocols to create deeper changes on a subconscious level, clearing out old patterns and unprocessed emotions.
